Morning After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place on the earth, for an awesome day trip.Enroute visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Sohra, stop at the Duwan Sing Syiem view point for mesmerizing views of the Hills. In Cherrapunjeebe witness to the gorgeous Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a soft cave walk inside the Mawsmai Cave. The limestone cave is a natural wonder with innumerable formations inside it. Visit Thankarang Park. Later drive back to Shillong.

Morning, Drive to Kaziranga - which - was declared a National Park in 1974 and UNESCO declared Kaziranga a World Heritage Site in 1985. The park hosts two thirds of the world population of Rhinos.
Later if time permits, Visit to Kaziranga National Orchid & Biodiversity Park - a must visiting Tourist Destination as it is a noble initiative by the villagers of Durgapur, Kaziranga, to gain its popularity. It has more than 500 varieties of Orchid & Flowers locally found in North Eastern India. One can enjoy, Boating in the Pond, Cultural Program, Photo Museum, Local Cuisine and most of all Flowers, Orchids, Indigenous Tree & Fruits and lots more in and around the Park (On direct payment basis). Evening at Leisure.

Early morning go for Elephant ride in the park in the Western Range (Elephant riding time: 1st Ride- 5.15-6.15 AM; 2nd ride: 6.30-7.30 am) Apart from the Rhino, other species found are hog deer, swamp deer, wild buffalo, elephants and if you are lucky, the tiger. It is virtually a paradise for bird watchers, with a variety of migratory and resident birds. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park.

Later, Visit to Balaji temple - The PurvaTirupati Sri Balaji Temple, located in Betkuchi, Guwahati. The Complex, located on two acres of prime land, has a clean environment. A gentle breeze wafts across the lawns surrounded by blooming coconut and Ashoka trees, flowers, plantains &bougainvilleas. The door of the entrance to the Complex is decorated in ancient style. Ganeshji, the acclaimed remover of obstacles, graces the entrance of the temple complex. Between the main entrance and the Temple is the Dhwajastambham (Flag pole), which is 60 ft. in height and is made of a single Sal tree and covered by copper plate with brass coating being a centre of attraction.

Morning, Visit to Kamakhya Temple - one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas Situated on the Nilachal Hill in western part of Guwahati city in Assam, India, it is the main temple in a complex of individual temples dedicated to the ten Mahavidyas: Kali, Tara, Sodashi, Bhuvaneshwari, Bhairavi, Chhinnamasta, Dhumavati, Bagalamukhi, Matangi and Kamala.
Later Visit to visit to Umananda Temple - Shiva temple located at the Peacock Island in the middle of river Brahmaputra just opposite the KachariGhat in Guwahati. It is known as smallest inhabited riverine island in the world. Country boats that are available on the bank of Brahmaputra take the visitors to the island. The mountain on which the temple has been built is known as Bhasmacala.
Later Visit toSankardevKalakhetra - SrimantaSankardevKalakshetra is the cultural complex, named after the most revered Saint of Assam, SrimantaSankardev and provides a glimpse into Assamese culture & heritage. It has a cultural museum, library and various facilities for preserving, demonstrating and performing cultural items, besides a children\'s park within the sprawling premises. The Central Museum exhibits culture and heritage of different ethnic groups of Assam showcasing their dance, drama, music and art. Another famed attraction in the Kalakshetra is an Artistic Village. This Assamese village portrays the village life of Assam in the form of life like statues and model thatched huts.

Guide, Porter, and Trek Permits
Yes, hiring a guide is an integral part of a successful trek, even if you have previous trek experience. A guide\'s expertise will help create alternative plans and arrangements for unexpected occurrences.
Our guide and staff speak English; their speaking skills are based on field experiences rather than formal education. Even though they are not as fluent as native English speakers, they will be able to communicate effectively.
Hiring a porter(helper) is beneficial as they will be responsible for your luggage. This will allow you to hike freely without physically straining yourself. A porter(helper) will carry a maximum weight limit of 22 kg for every two travelers. If the weight limit exceeds, you will be charged accordingly.
Tipping is an act of expressing gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the guide and porter(helper). We suggest tipping based on the number of participants in a group and consider allocating at least 10% of the tip for every traveler.
You will need a Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit (NPR 3300), TIMS (Trekkers\' Information Management System) (NPR 2000), and a Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Permit, which costs NPR 3,000 per head for the trek. We will arrange these documents on your behalf.
